If you don't know, Karmaloop went bankrupt in April 2015. I ordered just a few weeks before getting a notice on their bankrupt via email. Never got my product, never got a refund. I had to fill out a "claim" for it. Regardless, I thought, "Hey, I'll just give 'em a second chance." Well, I went and put in about $200 worth of products in my cart. Go to check out and it says that some items were out of stock so I technically hadn't checked out. So I was like, "Alright, I'll just go and find other items" (since I was buying gifts). And well, my cart is empty all of a sudden. Hmm, did I accidentally press a clear cart button or something? I didn't think too much about it so I found more items and checked out again with some similar products and some a tad different. A few days later, I get a ton of emails about my products being shipped out. GREAT. Stuff is getting to me. But WTF, why don't I have an email on everything I ordered? I had to go to the site itself and look at my order history to realize that I HAD TWO ORDERS OF SIMILAR PRODUCTS GOING ON AT THE SAME TIME. I AM NOT KIDDING YOU, THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION THAT I MADE THAT FIRST ORDER. And if they had emailed their receipts, maybe I would've caught in time. But no, YOU DO NOT GET ORDER CONFIRMATIONS AT ALL FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. So everything is pretty much free game. They could, for all it matters, delete your order and say you didn't order anything. Everything Karmaloop does is drop shipped. So you MIGHT AS WELL just order from the official vendor themselves. Whatever coupons they have, they are definitely screwing their product vendors over. I 10000000% regret ordering from Karmaloop. Everything has been a total and absolute mess. I have nearly $400 of charges from Karmaloop because of this ridiculous mishap. Pretty sure this site isn't PCI Compliant either. Avoid Karmaloop at all costs.

Some items were never shipped, contacted customer services multiple times with no answer. These items are now deleted from my order history with no explanation. I have already paid customs and taxes for these items due to the value declaration reciept contained these items in the packages recieved. Stay away from these guys!

Ordered some items and, like the reviewer below, it took them three weeks to let me know that the order had been cancelled because they mysteriously didn't have the items anymore. Ok, fine. They emailed me offering a choice of a refund, or store credit plus 25%. I had to take a suspicious surveymonkey survey just to indicate that no, I didn't want the store credit. Then a few days later I get ANOTHER email, this time offering offering store credit plus 50% (or something like that,) and yet again I had to tell them that no, I really meant what I said, I wanted my money back. Finally, a week or two later I see the refund in my bank account, only they inexplicably shorted me $10. Emailed customer service a week ago, zero response. This company is horrible and the worst part is I should've known better, this isn't the first bad experience I've had with them, but it will certainly be the last.

I placed an order at the 23/feb, it took them 19 days for them to tell me that my order had been canceled due to lack of products. I wrote to them several times during this time and i did not receive a reply. The email i did receive with the order cancelation said that I would have my money back within 2-3 business days. although this is the 10th business day and still no sign of my money being returned to me. I will not be ordering from here ever again. If you want to risk it go ahead but i'd recommend you don't.

This company is fraud. No customer service, no phone line, no nothing. I placed an order about two month ago and still not received my order. I emailed them for refund and no customer service ever replied when my money can be refund. Such a scam company!!!!

I paid for a bunch of stuff from here over a month ago, was still marked as shipment pending so I emailed them (as they have disconnected their phone lines leaving email the sole port of call for communication with them). They did not respond to any of my emails, instead only replying when I escalated the dispute on paypal. I will never give these guys another cent, they were awesome; however they seem to have tried to cut and run with everyone's cash, and have been getting worse and worse since just before christmas. Tl;dr, Don't buy anything from here atm, they will just hold your money for a month or so then maaaaybe return it.

This is one of the WORST, if not THE worst, online shopping experience I have ever had. I'm only giving them one star because I don't think 0 stars was an option. Shipping? Took over a month. Once it did ship, I was dinged for $110 in duties and taxes on a $149 package coming from the US. I just ordered a pair of Zanerobes off of Zanerobe's website for $80, and they came from Australia 2-3 days later, with a pre-paid $24 in taxes and duties that I was fine with paying. Service? Practically non-existent. I had to e-mail several times before I received a response, and when I did, it was a stock response from an "employee". Quality/Value? My Zanerobes came and immediately I knew something was up. They were thin, low quality and not what I am used to with Zanerobe products. Looking into this myself, as I feel as though I was given a low-quality, imposter Zanerobe product. In conclusion, it's simple - DO NOT order from this company unless you want to pay hidden fees for subpar products.
