Bad Service
Sent me the wrong size and have not cooperated in fixing a problem that WAS THEIR FAULT In regards to Karmaloops reply, can you please send an email confirmation verifying the correction made on 12/13

Pathetic
Karmaloop offers no refund - only lousy store credit. Further, I ordered a package on December 1st and the shipping label wasn't even created until December 10th. Garbage. Update: I received the item of clothing, which should have been a medium, in what appears to be a size XXXXL. The tag was cutoff with scissors. I'm pretty sure I could literally put my oven through this thing. Called the customer service number and no one picks up. Absolutely absurd.

The processing and shipping times are below average. Even tho the products are great, I won't shop here unless it is something someone absolutely wants. It takes way to long.

Good but could be better
These negus the truth the came in clutch when ya boi was down but some of the purchases have little to no updates when in transit to you. They also could add video option to let models show off there clothes...THAT WOULD BE DOPE!
