The whole transaction was not good
The product bought was from "Street Vault" turns out it doesn't even exist. It was made at a quick print on business, the price paid was ridiculous for the item being bought. It took almost 3 weeks to obtain the item. I am not going to shop karmaloop again. Was very disappointed I thought they were a good business.

Ask for refund 3 TIMES!! And still nothing
WHAT IS UP WITH YOU GUYS??!! I ASKED FOR REFUND 3 TIMES. NOV.25 YOU SAID YOU WILL PROCESS MY REFUND AND NOW STILL NOTHING!!! ARE YOU WAITING LONG ENOUGH SO THAT I FORGET ABOUT THIS MATTER? IS THAT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS?

Hello I see that there was a pending authorization on the order, we do not charge the credit card until the order has been processed and shipped. The pending authorization should easily fall within 3-5 business days after the orders date. We apologize for any misunderstandings.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE SHIPPING!!!
I cant stress enough how terrible Karmaloop is at processing orders! its 2017 not 1990! It doesn't take 5-10 business days to process a order. Its been 8 business days and still no tracking! Called customer service 4 different times and get transferred from one person to the other. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Karmaloop

Good quality products
Karma Loop always comes thru with good quality products with good prices and/or discounts. Customer service is top notch as well.

Experience with purchases from Karmaloop
Nobody helps me out when I call and all four times I've called they said the supervisor was "unavailable" if they "stepped out" and I couldn't speak to them. Also, every time I make an order on the app it says it doesn't go through, it happened on the website for the computer too. The problem is, that not only did it say it didn't go through, but it did go through without telling me. So when I try again and it says the same thing, I'm unaware that I'm being charged, and not just once, but twice and I don't know until I get my confirmation of shipment.
