I placed an order on 12/9, expecting to receive in time for Christmas. I did not receive shipping confirmation until an entire week later. Look at the shipping information for when it would arrive and it is scheduled to arrive 12/29! Your website shouldn't have guaranteed that I would receive my order on/before Christmas and not follow through. It wasn't disclosed to me that my order was shipping from the vendor until AFTER I placed it. Even if it ships from the vendor, I was still guaranteed that I would receive my order by Christmas.

I went to purchase the Rihanna creepers on puma.com and they were sold out after about 5 mins. Somebody told me to go to karmaloop at 1 and I wasn't able to at that exact time but they were still available online in the size and color that I needed when I did get on the site and even offered a coupon code. I purchased another pair on the puma.com site and the ones from karmaloop arrived before the actual puma site.

Took way too long to let me know an order was out of stock

I was sent the wrong size from what I ordered. When I spoke to a representative they were going to have me pay shipping and duty costs (I'm in Canada) on the replacement pair - even though they were the ones that sent the wrong size. I was told someone was going to call me back. Never happened. I'm stuck with a pair of jeans to give my son at Christmas that won't fit.

The site was very easy to navigate and the shipping was quick and a decent price!
