I purchased the extreme dental chew because one of my dogs is a pretty aggressive chewer. Within five minutes he had broken off a large piece and almost swallowed it. I understand these aren’t meant to be indestructible, but if he can do that much damage in five minutes, this thing is obviously a piece of crap. Customer service clearly has no intention of refunding my money or offering any other solution. So I’m just here to warn any potential buyers (with dogs that actually are going to chew on it since that’s the what they need to do to get their teeth clean,) this specific product is not worth the risk of your dog swallowing a piece of the rubber and getting hurt.

I rare to never write a negative review, however, we did have a very disappointing experience after ordering these and waiting three weeks for delivery, the product fell apart, within five minutes of being given to my Boxer/Labrador. Customer Service offered zero support, and was slightly rude. Has been a very disappointing and negative experience. Complete waste of money and the bigger frustration was the terrible Customer Service. This product did not help clean either of our dogs teeth (even the small doggie). Save yourself time, money and disappointment.

Product never arrived. I order on December 2, 2023 and it’s now January 22, 2024. Still nothing! Contacted customer service numerous times, all I’m told is to be patient because they are behind. They won’t give me a refund. I’m reporting them to my credit card company.

Our Max loves it, it has helped keep his gums healthy and his teeth white! Cheers!

My pug and my kelpie-x fell in love with these right away. Sadly, the green extreme chew's base is not as sturdy as the section that cleans teeth, therefore it was quickly bitten to pieces in a matter of minutes.

Very bad organization. I purchased the item over 30 days ago and I have not received the item nor have I received my requested refund. This is probably a scam organization that does not fulfill orders. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

Ordered tooth brush regular & it shipped (from China) 12/14/23. I still don’t have it. Per tracking it went from China to LA (where I live) to Texas & now has been in Oklahoma since 12/31/23. Customer service email keeps saying it should be here soon. No US tracking #, they don’t know where it is. And have refused to refund my $. Total scam. Avoid!!!

Absolute garbage! Dog liked it but quality is non existent. I bought the green one for extreme chewers and my 33 lb Miniature Australian Shepherd, non aggressive chewer, had it ripped in pieces in 10 minutes on the first day and it had to be thrown away. Do not buy!
