Pure waste of money! My smallest dog had it in chunks within 10 minutes. Waste of money!

This company is from China – it's a scam. I purchased a product called “KanineCare Dog Toothbrush (FDA approved)” after seeing a Facebook ad with many positive product reviews. I checked out the company's Facebook and Instagram pages, both of which claim it is a "family-owned business from Los Angeles, California." Their website doesn't have an address but does have a phone number with a US area code. I sent them a message on Facebook asking what size toothbrush to order for my 8-10 lb dogs, they responded immediately and said SMALL. So I ordered a small toothbrush and the total was $25.70. I waited more than a month for the goods to arrive. When it finally arrived, I was shocked to see it was shipped from China. Why would a Los Angeles-based company ship goods from China? When I open the package, the item they sent me may be the wrong size or their idea of ​​"small" is very different from the reality. This thing will never fit in my dog's mouth, it's so big. Additionally, it appears to be made from a very cheap material and gives off an unpleasant chemical smell that I have never smelled in my previous purchases of dog toys or supplies. To me, it definitely doesn’t feel “FDA approved” – it looks like something you could buy at the dollar store! I checked the return policy of the company listed on their website, they say that as long as the package is unused (which is mine) and I still have the original packaging then you can return it within 30 days - just contact them about the return and they will send me a shipping label. I contacted them via email the same day I received the product, explained the situation and requested to return the product and refund (as I said, not only was it not the right size, but I also didn't want the dog chewed it (a chemical cocktail). I received an email reply the next day from someone named "Bianca" saying I could return the item but I would have to pay for shipping myself and not only So: they do not support their product at all. This company is a scam. They advertise on Facebook that their products are $70 and 70% off putting their dog toothbrush products at 20 something dollars when the same product can be purchased in many other places online for way less money. The quality is total crap. My dog ripped up the doggy toothbrush in a manner of five minutes. Also when I placed my order, the product was sent initially from China and got stuck in some distribution center for weeks in the US. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. In total it took about six weeks for me to get the product. I would not recommend ordering anything from Kanine Care.

So I have two dogs at home. One just turned 4 years old is a 90 pound Dutch Shepard mix and the other is an 8 year old Lab mix weighing 80 pounds. This food works well for both dogs. My lab has a very sensitive stomach and it took me a while to find a food that didn't cause bloating or other fun side effects. She had no problem with it and she liked the flavor, which was a win-win for me. With both dogs eating the food, the 20-pound bag should last a little over two weeks.

My adult mini-schnauzer ripped off the small extra chewers toy in about 5 minutes. Do not recommend, overpriced piece of garbage.

I love this toothpaste for our dogs. It seemed like he really enjoyed the taste. I'm glad to find an easy way to clean your teeth.
