I got my Kandypen Crystal Black today and it gets way too hot and you cant get a hit from it until its so hot its burning you. Its wasting my concentrates. Trash I wouldn't even try to sell it. 124 bucks I am out.

The worst customer service in history.. They don’t even know what the hell is going on the website says my credit card got declined four times and the fifth time it worked and then they hold the Package for a whole week didn’t even call me let me know that the website thought it was a fraud..

Hi. I use Ruby since almost a year. I started vaping with a Company product no longer existing (Vapour2 from Czech Republic). My experience with Kandy Pens is perfect. The flavor of my liquid is the best I get, compared to others battery makers. Customer service is ALWAYS reachable, for ALL request I had. Orders, technical assistance, return policy. It happened to me to send back three Ruby batteries. They cleaned them and sent me back. Please note that I live in the French Caribbean Pods sometimes get clogged. Batteries aren’t lifetime working. Are you surprised? Do you expect your home bulb lamp never burns? I’ll stay faithful to Kandy Pens. I buy directly on their Web site.

Purchased a Flacko Jacko for $148 in Mahogany directly from Kandypens site to use 2-3 times a week. After 3mos the finish began to chip, after large pieces of the finish were gone. By month 6 battery died. Customer service was poor, sent pics and video response time was ok but the solution Was Not. I was offered a different color battery case so my classy Jacko would be downgraded to a junkshop mismatch of pieces and parts with the heavily chipped canister. Do NOT Waste your money!

Scam. Unfortunately had to give 1 star just to get to write my piece. Don’t ever buy the Rubi pen. They have these in the dispensary’s, which is how I got mine. So I had a brand new pen and cartridge. Oil was put in. Cartridge was primed, took my 1rst pull and immediately was grabbing garbage to be able to get it out my mouth. Was severely injured in the mouth with hot oil. It was so bad I had to see my doctor. So now comes time to deal with this defective device. I went back to the dispensary where it was purchased,‘they said it’s Kandypens problem, 1rst the phone number is wrong for customer service and email on the back of the box. So after 3 weeks I finally got to speak to someone. Miles from Kandypen said I could get my money back for the problem as I’m TERRIFIED to use oil again. Then a manager gets on and gets belligerent named Brandon. He asks me a question and because he didn’t like the answer I was giving so he hung up on me while I was asking y is he talking over me, he hangs up. That shows some lack of maturity right there. So now I get to play this blame game and absolutely no resolution. Sad that you really have to take and abuse disabled people. My mouth is so burnt by that hot oil. I guess it’s off to the BBB and lawyers for a lawsuit.

COMPLETE SCAM. Do NOT buy any products from this company. Paid $150 for their newest pen—barely any vapor production (even on the highest setting), clogs stupid easily (even after putting way less than the recommended 0.1g), and heats up so much, I burnt my lip on it! AWFUL PRODUCT

Crystal 2,Like others have said did not get hot enough for dab but I did find it worked well for shatter, unfortunately I only had a small amount of shatter and a few months worth of dab. So I began to use it with dab and have it charging at the same time or the battery goes dead before you can burn 2 booger size pieces. So I used it about 2 to 3 Weeks and was cleaning the bowl with a Qutip and I shattered the glass, the glass was about as thick as my fingernail 1/16 or close to it. At this point I tried to contact them through their website and ask if it was still safe to use and could it be replaced and that I was disappointed in their product from day one. I got zero replys I then decided to use it directly on the coils and it worked great until it completely burned up and stopped working a month later. I revisited there website and found that the coil burner is replaceable for $50 but that gets expensive every 6 Weeks. This was my first experience with a electric dab burner and I only chose it because of its great reviews and $150 is expensive for someone like me. Very disappointed in the crystal 2 For now I'm hitting it old school with a torch adapter and waterpipe
