Only place to have my part at a fair price!
I searched for a couple weeks for a stock replacement front axle for my 97 sportster... "discontinued", "unavailable" at every place I found except for one for $150, Nope! I finally stumbled across K&G "in stock" for under $30, same brand, shipped fast. I will return to K&G

The bell I ordered was on back order
The bell I ordered was on back order. That was fine. I was contacted and told this, they told me that the bell would be in by the May 8th, 2017. I was fine with that, they apologized for it I told them it was good. I finally got an email 3 weeks past that date and was told my item had shipped. I will not be shopping from this place again.

Hi Victor, Let me begin by offering my apology for your poor shopping experience with us. This is not the experience we want for our customers. My research tells me that both K and G Cycles and our supplier for the particular bell you ordered dropped the ball at various point during the process. Our supplier was out of stock and was giving us updates for the arrival of the bell that were, apparently, not realistic. We have since rectified this part of the problem and have changed some procedures to better inform you of the progress. In closing, I must again offer my sincere apology for your shopping experience. The bad and the good
The women's vest I ordered was much smaller than expected and the men's vest was not processed on time. Having said that, once I contacted K&G, they fixed the problem and I received my merchandise very quickly. I will definitely purchase here again.

They emailed me to say my item was backordered. And again when it was available, and took the new order by phone. Arrived quickly. Excellent service!
