The piece was nice
The piece was nice. Had one little flaw. But I thought it a little over priced. However I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else.

Hi Steven, We are sorry we were not able to source your Mikuni float from our stock. It is a special order part and often we are at the mercy of our suppliers. Add to that, the holiday schedule that many of our suppliers were on and we simply could not get your part out any faster. We hope the float got your carb back on the road. Hi Mark, We are sorry your shopping experience was not better. This is not what we want for our customers. I looked at your order and saw that it was shipped UPS. I agree with you that the amount appears excessive given the small value of the order. Our Mikuni supplier ships direct and uses UPS exclusively. We only charge our customers what we actually pay so, in this case, these are not our shipping rates but rather they are UPS. We work daily to get our rates down but when we fulfill an order from non-stocking parts, we are often at the mercy of our suppliers. Please accept my apology for your unpleasant experience. The bad and the good
The women's vest I ordered was much smaller than expected and the men's vest was not processed on time. Having said that, once I contacted K&G, they fixed the problem and I received my merchandise very quickly. I will definitely purchase here again.

Got to say
Got to say, shipping from store to me was quick & appreciated but the wait time of shipping from warehouse to store was a joke. 1&1/2 weeks from order to home delivery, 3 calls in between to find out where part was? Appreciate the part but no more buisness from me,

Floorboard extensions
Quick delivery, product is of good quality but no instruction an some hardware ( no washers) missing and one of the shoulder bolts broke so it cost me additional to purchase required items to complete job
