Ordered some V-Twin Manufacturing bar end weights. They showed up quick. K and G was the only place that had these that I could find so they have a lot of items. I would buy from them again.

Everything went as expected and the part was correct and met my needs. The price was higher than I would liked to have paid, but I could not find it anywhere else

Ordered 2 simple parts that I could of got anywhere . Almost 2 weeks later still haven't got them not even a tracking number . I could of had somebody walk them from Florida to San Francisco by now

Hi Dave, Please let me apologize for your dissatisfaction. This is certainly not the customer experience we want for you. I have looked into your order and I find it was placed on June 13 in the late afternoon. It was processed and completed on June 14. It was shipped from our supplier in Missouri on June 15 and it shows that it arrived to your location on June 20. Your review of June 18 suggests the delay was 2 weeks. I am happy to see that your parts have arrived with the whole process taking only 5 days to California. We hope you are no longer dissatisfied with us. If that is the case, perhaps you would consider revising your review. Either way, we are appreciative that you gave us the opportunity to earn your business. Cheers, George M Marakas K and G Cycles, CEO
