K and G Cycles pulled through when others coudn't !…
I had ordered the same parts from another dealer and never received them, after a month I started looking elsewhere and to my delight I discovered K and G Cycles. They had my parts in stock , no excuses , very quick delivery , well packed and great customer service . Thank you , our 55 Panhead build will soon be on the road ! I will definitely buy from K and G Cycles in the future.

Hi Robert, We really apologize for the delay in getting you your Cycle Shade. This is not the type of customer experience we want for our clients. I understand that Tom Vaughan has been in contact with you and that a tracking number exists for your order. You should have it shortly. Again, please accept my personal apology for the delay. If we have satisfied you, please consider updating your Trustpilot review. Thanks for your business! Cheers, George M. Marakas, CEO UPDATE: Your order was placed on May 5 and you received it on May 11. Receipt of your order just crossed with your review of our service. We are glad you received your Cycle Shade and hope you are enjoying it!

Customer service manager Thomas Vaughan …
Customer service manager Thomas Vaughan very help full and got my order out quickly. Very happy with the hard bags, made very well. Two things though one is that none of the hardware is attached to bags and no where did I see this on web site. Second I received no instructions on doing this witch would have been helpful. I managed to get bags together and everything went smoothly from there. Also didn't receive screws to attach locking tabs to lids. That said very happy with end result.
