The fact that you can pay monthly for anything you want is great, but the fact you can defer payment for 12 months is brilliant - and only if you want to of course. The quality of the merchandise is always good, although a little more expensive than the high street (because you can defer and pay monthly). Nothing is free in this world. But as long as you accept that, then its fine. I have as yet never had to send anything back, and I have been really pleased with the items I have bought, all in all, Kandco really do the business and the delivery is good as well, plus you don't have to wait too long to get your order. Yes I am very pleased and would recommend to everyone.

I have been very happy with all of my purchases in every aspect other than the delivery. I have so far had 4 parcels delivered, well actually only 3 of those have been delivered, 1 is missing and I am currently chasing it up! Out of the 3 that have made it to my door, only 1 made it without any problems. I found one down the side of my house having been thrown over my gate with no card or note through the door and I was home so no effort was made to knock or ring the bell and goodness knows how long I was sat home waiting after it had already been 'delivered'! Another arrived battered with holes in the postage bag, stinking of cigarette smoke and the courier had a very bad attitude, she shoved the signature thing in front of me for me to sign, didn't speak, didn't smile, didn't say goodbye and spat chewing gum out at the end of my path. So far I have found the Yodel helpline to be of no help whatsoever, they need to pass a message on to local depot who will then pass a message on to courier, etc, etc. My advice would be to use the Collect+ whenever possible and I am certain you will be happy with any KandCo purchase. I would give a 5 star rating if they changed their courier.

Items are delivered, on most occasions next day you receive txts to tell you how your order is progressing so you don't have to wait in all day which is a big plus. The quality of goods has always been very good and with the added bonus of commision makes prices very competitive and I love the sales.

I'm always shocked at how quick my orders are delivered, usually the next day. And the returns process is so simple. I do have an issue with the statements as if I return all my order or most of it I'm still required to pay the minimum payment which could mean that I'm in credit on my next statement, which I don't think is reasonable. I think the statement should be flexible and updated more often than once a month so that if you do place a large order and return items you should only pay the minimum payment of the balance at that time and not at the time of the statement date.

They're quick, and the website is easy to use! When I've had a problem of any description, it was sorted out quickly and with great quality!

I have been a customer of K and co (formerly empire) for over 20 years and have had many great products over the years from clothing to electrical equipment and have no complaints for any product I have purchased.

My order cam as expected under 5 days. It was what I ordered and was fine.

I love K&Co and order all my needs from them the delivery is quick I have the goods to look at in my own home and return them if I am not happy (I don't send a lot back) so 10/10 to K&Co
