I first emailed about replacement dumbbell saddle specifications. I received detailed schematics for all available saddles, thus allowing me to make a truly informed decision. Order was filled quickly and in great condition. For the record, I originally purchased 40 saddles from Ivanko; the order was incorrect and needed to be returned. Ivanko's customer service was hands-down the worst I have ever experienced.
