KampartsReviews of kamway.com

Big time upgrade with their new website and any time I have any issues I just call in and Maria will help.

I received my order and it is not even close to what it was supposed to be! I need to know how to return and get my money back! I did not get what I ordered!

Ordered a pair of dumb bell handles which when received are excellent and worth the money in today's inflated workout fitness market. I would have given 5 stars if my order had started the way it finished. My order was delayed probably because of Fedex. Not really sure. My order was received and processed. Email tracking updates said it had been shipped but it ended up in Georgia instead of California. The good news is one call to customer service and I received the it the next day!

Only place I could find what I needed and they filled my order accurately and on time.

What I needed was in stock, reasonably priced and shipped very quickly. Thank you very much!

Fast Track replacement wheels working fine. One word of caution: other on-line supplier apparently only provides the wheels. Kamparts provides the wheels, bolts and nuts. The bolts and nuts from my original fast Track do not fit these wheels. Though a little more expensive, it was important to get all components, as provided by Kamparts.

Good quality merchandise. I ordered a few different pieces, one item wasn’t available so a representative called me, just a few hours after I placed my order. She offered an acceptable replacement. Just good customer service. I plan on ordering more gear as soon as I figure out what I want.

First rate company! Excellent equipment, better than commercial gyms and great customer service!
