Hi Ana, We appreciate you leaving us a review. I'm sorry to hear that your deck arrived to you in less than new condition. We do our best and have designed our packaging to withstand ground shipments, however, from time to time, large objects like the deck you ordered are mishandled by the freight carrier. Can you tell us if the both decks arrived the same way? Are you able to send me some quick pictures of the damage so that I can file a claim for you? Hello I'm so sorry that we did not fully help you with the fast track wheels you ordered. If you have not gotten your machine to work properly, please let me know and I will contact you and help you troubleshoot the machine to the best of my ability.
