KadenceWPReviews of kadencewp.com

Easy, well functioning theme with plenty of stuff in the free version and great things in the paid version

10/10 product, service and support. I’ve used a lot of Wordpress themes and plugins, but these guys produce some of the best. The customer service is second to none!

Excellent experience with Kadence. Hotline really reactive and helpful

I encountered some issues with Kadence conversion and tried everything I could think of, but I couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to their support team, and although it took some time due to the weekend, they got back to me with a solution that fixed my problem quickly. I'm really glad to be a Kadence user. I've tested it, and Kadence themes are genuinely the fastest out there, so I’m not planning to switch to another theme. I've used other themes like Enfold and Elementor for years, but Kadence stands out because it's coded for performance, which is crucial for me since both Google and users prioritize fast-loading sites. Remember, simplicity always wins over complexity.

Incredible Service...Karla, Eze and Bonn are incredible workers and prompt in all aspects. Love you guys!

Since switching our theme to Kadence, we've seen major improvements to our site speed, designs and things generally working better. The support team is super responsive and extra helpful. They're shared screen recordings to help us solve problems. Couldn't recommend enough!

We were looking for a new reliable way to build professional WordPress sites, when we met Kadence Pro. It's our go to base for WordPress, combining a highly versatile theme with a robust set of advanced blocks that are consistently updated with new features. What sets Kadence Pro apart is not only its rich functionality but also the responsive and supportive development team behind it.

I needed help with removing a button on my blog page. Even though it showed as being removed in my dashboard, it was still showing up. I reached out for support and am happy with the results. 1) timely response to my request. 2) The response had easy to follow directions for user creation to allow temp access. 3)The reply I received after providing the temp access included a video from Shayne (assigned helpdesk support), showing my page and a walk through of the findings and fix to my issue. Overall I am very happy with the experience because of the quick turnaround and very helpful explanation and fix. It makes me feel confident that I have real support if I get stuck with anything. Shayne has a great attitude and made everything easy to follow.
