Super helpful customer support 🙌

I'm so glad I opted for Kadence Pro years ago. Kadence Theme Pro and Kadence Blocks Pro are not only the best tools for building websites, but their support is ever patient and super helpful. Even when I write an irritated support ticket instead of researching a bit to find a feature that is already there. ;)

I just recently started using Kadence and their customer service is over the top! Anthony Paparelli gets a special shout out for helping with some technical issues I was having on my clients website. Highly recommend!

Installation was done by company and the site works so well now. So many new options and tons of training from staff on who to incorporate what I want in my theme. In addition the new look has increased my readers stopping by!

I've been using the Kadence theme for several projects now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best WordPress themes out there. It’s incredibly lightweight, which means fast load times and better performance right out of the box. What I love most is how intuitive and flexible the customization options are — even without touching a line of code, you can achieve a professional, polished design. The integration with page builders like Elementor and Gutenberg is seamless, and the header/footer builder is a game-changer. Support has also been top-notch whenever I've had a question. The documentation is clear, and the Kadence team is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Kadence to anyone looking to build a beautiful, high-performing WordPress site.

One of the best plugins and themes (and support). I work only with Kadence PRO, and I won't change it for any other theme or plugin. Good job Stellar TEAM!

I started working on rescuing a site for a new client who had a Kadence plugin installed. We needed to edit the text for alternative payment gateways, but I found myself going in circles trying to figure out where to edit them. We also had a duplicate header that I couldn't figure out. Though I didn't have an account and had no access to my client's account—which I suspect was in the control of his former web designer—Karla was happy to help me with these issues. After taking a dayor two to investigate, she sent one email with all the answers I needed to get everything up and running the way my client wanted. Thank you so much, and well done, Karla! We appreciate you.

Great support!
