My equest was answered promptly and accurtely.

Quick, friendly, accurate answers,.

The team at Kadence played a critical role in resolving a frustrating mail-form issue on our website. For three weeks, visitors were unable to submit contact forms to our email, and we had four potential culprits: Kadence, Easy WP SMTP, Sucuri, and our hosting provider. After the first three pointed fingers at one another, we reached out to Kadence as a last resort. Their team not only responded promptly but also conducted a thorough investigation and even created a video clearly demonstrating that Sucuri’s firewall was blocking the form submissions. Only after presenting this evidence—and contacting Sucuri multiple times—did Sucuri acknowledge the issue and adjust their settings. Thanks to Kadence’s initiative and technical support, the problem was finally resolved, and our forms are working again. Huge thanks to the Kadence team for stepping up!

Great communication and assistance by the support team!

Yakubu was great at listening to my needs and making sure my new website was a reflection of my brand and business. He worked diligently and with attention to detail so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Kadence is an all round great theme - customisable blocks are the way to go. The support offered is amazing - so quick to respond and efficient in identifying problems, and give you effective solutions in a simple way that even a novice like me can follow. Special thanks to Anthony on the support staff - he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I purchased KadenceWp theme, and it has been flawless since I installed it. Over the last couple of months, I was having issues with some of my web forms that have a bunch of additional code attached to the web form. Chito with KadenceWp jumped right in and within an hour or less he was able to give detailed instructions on the best way for him to look at the WordPress back end and give me an evolution and look at the code. Within 30 min I have the answer, and I was able fix the issue. I am so glad that KadenceWp has such a great product and their support is the best.
