I love this place!
This is the best place for pet food and supplies and I’m thrilled I found it. Not only do they always have my dog’s favorite food but the delivery is VERY fast. In fact, my order arrived in two days! Wow! Thanks K9Cuisine!

Exceeded my expectation for Customer Service
We received the first of two shipments. I was expecting just a single shipment because I missed seeing one of their emails. K9Cuisine was very prompt in their reply to my email asking about the remaining two items. Their email also included all of the tracking information that was in the email I missed. Their prompt reply and detailed information exceeded my customer service expectation.

Very first order
Very first order, and I received the wrong food. Immediately called customer service, they were apologetic and stated they would ship the correct food out the next business day. My pup cannot eat the food I received, so I will be donating to a local shelter. I have not received the correct food yet, but should receive in the next day or two if it shipped as promised.
