It was so great talking to Margaret who was wonderfully helpful, informative and exhibited fabulous customer service. She even sent me the tracking so I would know when to expect the delivery. Very fast shipping! My product arrived 1 day after placing order. Great selection of products and great customer service!

Food got here on time. However, it did not agree with my dog. Complicated return policy. Plus they deduct over $7. for each case returned. Also would not accept unused cans not in original box. Good company as long as you don’t need to return something.

I received my order on time and was kept informed every step of the way, I will definitely use this company again as I am very happy with the product and the customer service that I received. When I left a message they actually called back not like some company’s I spoke directly to the person who help me with my order she was the most polite and pleasant woman made me feel confident that she definitely cares for me and my fur baby that the product was for.
