Our first order with K9Cuisine was flawless. I placed the order on Saturday night and we had the food on Tuesday afternoon. I did have an issue regarding incorrect information in my shipping address (probably from auto fill from Chrome) and my request to remove the incorrect information was quickly handled. Very happy and we have set up auto-ship for our future orders!
