I like to be able to order online. Chewy has stopped selling Acana. I was surprised how long it took my order to get to my house. I was going out of town and was running short on time and food. I placed my order mid day on a Thursday and received my order late afternoon on Tuesday. I do like that fact that there was a sample of treats that came with my order tho.

Actually they deserve 5+ stars. I was almost out of my dog's food and went to order more from my previous source only to discovered that they no longer deliver. I called Origen to see where I could buy it to have it shipped and they gave me the number for K9 Cuisine. When I called K9 the person on the phone was courteous, went out of her way to call the warehouse on a Friday afternoon so there wouldn't be a delay and I received it promptly. It was well packaged for shipping. I am happy and my dog is happy. I recomend them will definitely order more from K9 Cuisine when needed.
