Fast shipping and no delays
Fast shipping and no delays! I switched to K9 after having numerous shipping and late delivery issues with another online pet food supplier. As there are numerous online pet food suppliers that sell the same product, the only differentiator (if not price) is "as promised" delivery.

UPS shows food delivered
Update. I was contacted and a new shipment is on the way. No questions. Just sending the replacement. UPS shows food delivered, but I have camera on my front door and there was no delivery. I realize the problem is with UPS, but I can't get through to talk to anyone about my issue at K9. I get a recording and no call back. I am disputing the charge with my credit card and paypal.
