I wouldn't even give them one star. I signed up and then never received any information on all these so-called easy ways to make money. I didn't receive anything from them and no contact information until I disputed the charge. Then all the sudden they sent me a link to their web access. I was told I had to log in and cancel from within my account. I went in there and didn't see where or how to do this. I've contacted them multiple times requestion a full refund and this cancelled. I have also unsubscribed multiple times and keep getting email ads from them and still no refund. This is not how you do business! Send my refund and stop contacting me! Gees!

I commend the support team at JVZoo for their excellent customer service, prompt response and completion of my request. I mistakenly bought a product online and immediately emailed them for support to ask for a refund. My refund was issued within a few hours.
