I watched the 1st video when the credid card info wanted me to save the card I didn't worry too much because I wasnt interested in further purchases. Then while the 2nd video played the screen popped up stating my purchases had gone through? I worried there was a glitch in the payment screen. So I immediately notified them, I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund. I did get a notice from their customer service person Hazel, noting my refunds were being submitted. I have received 2 of them, and I expect the 3rd one will be returned soon. I really appreciated Hazel sending me notifications so quickly. Thank you Hazel! -Karen
