The very quick resolution to my issue was truly appreciated. Nothing is better than the peace of mind that results from the trust this company builds with it’s customers. Thank you!

JVZoo.com customer service was a pleasure to work with. At first I dreaded having to go thru the process as most returns have never been easy for me, but this one was excellent. She understood my stress and put me at ease with her professionalism, courtesy and caring. 1 less concern off my shoulders. Thank you so much!!! Best customer service ever!

Platform was more complicated than I expected and after about 6 weeks of trying I reached out and requested a refund. I was within the 60-day 100% money back guarantee. After one email, my investment was promptly refunded. Thank you for the opportunity to work with this amazing team.

Once I let my issue be known the team was prompt in responding immediately to every message I sent. They were professional and concerned about the matter and I received my money immediately. I would like to thank everyone involved for their time, patience, and professionalism.

Didn't like that there is no phone number for customer service. After figuring how to navigate email only transactions, and talking to AI customer service things quickly improved. Refund was received in 30min back to my account.

I am simply amazed and delighted how quickly my issue got resolved... in a matter of less than an hour. I was not getting the tech support I needed for some software I purchased thru JVZoo nor were they replying when I was requesting my money back. Before reporting this to Paypal and my bank I reported it to JVZoo. I got my refund back in less than an hour, no questions asked. Amazing. This makes me even more confident to continue using JVZoo to purchase my software products. They walk their talk.

I had five transactions on two different cards with the same company. I decided I wanted a complete refund, and Lory took care of it promptly. It’s now two days later and I’ve received all five refunds! Excellent customer service…thank you!
