The product you sold is not working. If I am not getting anywhere with questions I have from the company , it FAILED. You are quick to pass the buck and not take care of the real concern , Your client. If Athena AI does not know. How can they get better. Sad. I lost money. And I get NO RESPONSE.

I appreciate the rapid response to my request to have this product returned. After discovering that we were involved in a product scam, we tried to quickly cancel the product to no avail, but the JVZoo support person (Ashley) helped me to get information to expedite (hopefully) the refund, which came despite the immediate cancellation.

I cancelled my order within 5 hrs of placing the order. I got a quick response acknowledging and fulfilling the cancellation. The money was credited to my cc acct within 24 hrs. All of this was good except I received a shipment today. If you want this returned, please arrange a pick up at my house. Bill Tanner
