If I could go back in time and stop me from buying their smart TV's I would as the WiFi on the is laughable Content a joke Service none existent And quality severely lacking in every way Avoid this brand and get a better model/brand

Got our smart tv in December for around £300 and ever since it lags or goes off back to homepage while using, apps do not work properly Always seem to be turning it off or resetting the tv to go back to my program, not good at all.

If I could give no Stars I would. I bought a 40" JVC TV from Currys in Oct 19. In January black screen but still had sound followed the troubleshooting instructions like it said disconnect etc still nothing so unplugged it left for a week tried again hey presto it worked but has since gone again and again. It's like musical TVs, swaping and changing. So although out of guarantee I emailed JVC and Currys and true to form JVC came back saying that model is an exclusive TV to Currys and Currys well they didn't even reply. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement £299.00 wasted, maybe to some it's not a vast amount of money but in this day and age it is. I will never purchase a JVC product again and I'm so disgusted with Currys I will now shop elsewhere 😡

I went for this TV as it seemed like a great deal - 4K, HD, Smart TV and for under £300! However, the TV isn’t up to scratch; It freezes; it kicks you out of apps; it turns itself off; and more often than not there is a delay between pressing a button on the remote and the action being carried out. If you’re considering this TV as a cheaper but still decent option - don’t do it. Spend a little more on a better quality TV from a different brand (like Samsung, Panasonic) and save yourself a lot of frustration and hassle trying to get this one repaired.

Whatever you do, do not buy one of these TV's. I'd expect a TV to last a number of years if not the lifetime of the TV. Then what is the lifetime of a TV. Should be at the very least 5 to 10 years. But no, not a JVC product. It fails after 14 months. Parts fail by design almost the moment the warranty period elapses. Classic ploy to establish after market sales on components and parts. Its the oldest trick in the book. Steering clear of JVC products going forward and never ever recommending.

Brought some wireless earphones they have stopped working not even been a year. Emailed jvc because they come with a two year warranty. The warranty is rubbish you have been warned. This is there reply ill stick with a reputable brand next time lesson learned. Unfortunately it is not possible to repair this type of headphone ,have you tried pressing and holding the power key untill you see red/blue led as this might fix the issue if not please ask Currys to replace them under their warranty Why would currys replace your product when the warranty is with JVC
