JVC-LT-24c660(D) is the worst. Have to turn it on and off constantly for it to function. First time it will have no sound. Turn it on and off then sound is fine. Constant connectivity issues. It was pretty cheap but lesson learned for future as this is a piece of garbage for a smart tv which doesn't even function as a tv most of the time

My 40” JVC 4K TV broke 2 days out of the 1 year guarantee. Picture went black. I paid £80 to have it repaired. It was apparently the mains board fault on start up. It lasted a week and broke again, this time a circuit board fault. It lasted another day and broke again. This time the back light was changed and it lasted another day and broke again. I gave up and bought a 43” Toshiba and everything works better than before. Avoid JVC the brand is not what it was.

Don't want to repeat all the negative comments but every one of them is true. Do not touch this TV with a barge pole complete waste of money. Had this a few months now. Cant pick up internet, changing channels is a joke, etc etc.

I Purchased a JVC LT-49CF890 Fire TV Edition 49" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV with Amazon Alexa less than 2 months ago on the 20th August and I am extremely disappointed with it. The channel lag when switching from live channel to live channel is awful, the EPG rarely works, It randomly returns to the home screen whilst watching a programme, The sound drops out between the tv and the JVC compatible soundbar, the whole thing has now started freezing and I have to do a full reset the get the thing working again, and the picture quality on SD channels is appalling. All the software is bang up to date, everything is connected correctly and my ariel and broadband are fine. I had an HD ready JVC TV prior to this purchase and it was great, so I am very disappointed with the new JVC LT-49CF890 Fire TV Edition 49" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV with Amazon Alexa.

Tv broke 6 months after buying it. Jvc customer service has been horrible!! 60 min wait times, and months of nothing happening . I can’t get anyone to actually respond to my claim. It’s unbelievable to me that a company so crappy exists.

JVC TV is rubbish. We can't even enjoy watching Netflix because this TV is not capable to detect internet, even though we plug the TV to the router. Please Do NOT tell me how to set it up with internet. As a developer I know how the stuff works... Don't waste your money really... We bought it £250 in a shop, which is not a small amount. Of course, it's not the most expensive TV but still... at this price it should at least work... While typing this review, I remember that the original price was £400. TRASH TV - TRASH BRAND

Don’t waste your money on these tv’s. We bought the fire edition and it is the worst tv I have ever known and in this I include the televisions I watched as a child about 40 years ago. I am forever powering on and off either to get the volume to work or most of the time to get it to do anything at all. There are others out there for a similar price so my advice would be to go for one of them.

No Service ! My radio recorder is defektive and was sent to the JVC service station. A DAMAGED package was acceptet there instead of complaining to the carrier (DHL) I should pay for all costs. Never again JVC !!!
