What were JVC thinking when they put this android system in. Slow witted, Once picture is setup and how you like it, picture quality is OK, but changing channel is like a rollorcoaster ride to a new and interesting place, but never the one where you actually want to go. Guide is a joke and works only a small percent of the time, most of the time it just says loading schedule. Not the signal as my last tv loaded very quickly. Cant blame the internet connection as I have a 75mb fibre line in and it is hard wired. No sensible way of scrolling back to watch things on Freeview play either. Every once in a while you will change inputs Live TV to HDMI for example and just totally locks up. Hard reset needed each time. Save up and buy a better quality TV. Could be so much better if tested before release. I have the 50# 4k Fire TV version.Yes, I have taken it back to factory defaults so many times and only had it a few weeks. NOT impressed.

Had my JCV smart Tv 6 months and it’s now useless.. absolute trash quality, will NEVER buy a JVC product again... Steer clear people

Terrible product!!! Not even 2years ago I bought nice LED TV jvc lt-49c870 for £400. Today my TV stop works, why not? I contact with support team and he told me that we have issue with mother board or power board. We need replacement, specialist will cost min £100. I was sure that I can use my TV for next 10years. It is disgusting that everyone talk about environment but big companies all the time make bad quality products and push us to buy a new one. Hey Greta T. Well, JVC was not like that thirty years ago for example, so I am really not sure what do you mean here by all of that, do let me know though how it all works cause I am lost really. I do have TV from like 89 and it works just fine, probably it's modern "quality".

T V screen started going black after 13 months and now no picture at all. £300.00 down the drain.
