crashes, glitches, switches itself off and its only a couple months old. Biggest handling to try and get it to work sometimes.

First week of having it it was ok since then nothing works, the apps never work, always slow, Google assistant is useless and is definitely not worth the money

Pathetic, disgusting, non existent "customer service" on a problem - and oh how I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing this junk! - with a "smart" tv. The only thing smart is peoples realization of what this joke of a company are doing with peoples money! My second so called "smart" tv within a year and the second one within a six month period that crashes, freezes, turns itself off and restarts itself! Thinking (oh so foolishly) I would get help, I email them notifying them of my disappointment and twice ask for help, suggestion and a possible refund for such a garbage item - not one word back from their "customer support"! My next smart tv will proudly be from any other company but this laughing stock! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CORPORATE, DISGUSTING SCHMUCKS!

Absolutely dreadful. Crashes, freezes, glitches, doesn’t respond. Can take 20mins plus before can get it to work sometimes. Hardly ever manage to watch a programme all the way through without something going wrong. Will never buy JVC tv or anything again.

Bought a 2nd JVC smart tv 1st. one bought years ago was/is ok. This one and the remote is crap. Never again. Who are JVC.COM Caveat emptor

Bought a jvc lt 40c890 in April 2019, failed March 2021. Led back light, tried to open up to fix but it’s not made to be repaired. Frequently crashed over the 23 months it was working, no picture some days. No WiFi others days. If I had the time I’d take Curry’s to small claims for the value of the tv as it’s clearly not durable. But honestly I can’t be bothered and I’m currently too tied up looking for a new tv.

Do not buy a JVC tv. It’s the worst tv I’ve ever bought. It turns itself off, freezes on the TV guide EVERY time, freezes on ‘you tube’ and last night it made a terrible bubbling noise and went off.
