Bought 3 JVC smart tvs back in December 2020, yup you guessed it, All 3 broke within 13 months. I managed to get replacement each time they broke.... and the replacement are also now faulty. One of the replacemaents started to go faulty within 2 weeks. What the hell are you playing at JVC? Day light robbery! Total RIP OFF... STAY AWAY FROM ANY JVC TECH. Its S...H...OCKING. So a total of 6 JVC tvs and all of them now no longer working..... avoid Avoid Avoid

Bought a JVC Smart Television from Currys ... If I had known that it was just a "badged" TV I would never have bothered. It never worked properly from day 1.. Had a nightmare contacting the so called "Know How" Dept at Currys. I will never buy another JVC or any other product from Currys ever again... Just cheap tat ... all of it.

Smart TVs are useless. Constantly switching itself off, tried everything to fix it. Avoid

The worse TV ever had in my life

Bought a JVC 50 inch smart TV. It’s the worst piece of tech I’ve ever owed! Takes minutes every morning to turn on. I’ve spent over 10 minutes just trying to change channel or load the guide. The guide which by the way you can’t even set a reminder for a program! Not very “smart”. It’s like trying to use dial up internet on a 90s PC, completely dim witted and slower than a week in the jail! DO NOT BUY JVC “SMART” TV’s

Thought I was getting a good deal, spec had everything I wanted. The lag is unbelievable from the get go. Have it a year with the lag getting slower. So frustrating, giving it a one star is too high

TV is painfully slow after 2 weeks of ownership. Often takes over 2 minutes click on anything. Spent more than 5 mins trying to turn it off yesterday. My brother has the same problem with a JVC tv but I gave them benefit of the doubt because of the price... don’t make the same mistake. Definitely regret buying it!

Useless. Turns itself off whenever it likes, pauses on YouTube and other apps.
