I bought a JVC smart TV earlier this year. It is without question by far the worst TV I have ever bought. It is the first and last JVC product I will ever buy.

Jvc smart tv 32 inch…. Worst purchase I’ve made. Needed a new tv for the bedroom and came across this having already had a jvc previously with no issues thought I’d buy this one which I regret all the time. Ive had to swap the remote twice and even still the new one does it’s own thing half the buttons don’t work. The tv itself takes forever to Load a picture and I’m forever turning it on and off. Do not buy this tv waste of money!

My JVC tv is absolute SH*TE. The tv was bought brand new and it’s safe to say it’s been one of the worst purchases I have ever made.

Was the best tv I'd ever had for all of about a month. Since then, it's been a complete inconvenience. The remote hardly works most of the time, and I've even tried other remotes, with the same result, so I can only assume the problem's a combination of the remote and TV itself. Like a knuckle-scraping idiot, I've just put up with it, but it's becoming a joke. The last few times, I've timed it, and it's been taking about 2 minutes or so for me to even get the TV to turn on. I've changed the batteries about 4 times in the 8 months I've had it, so it certainly isn't that If this wasn't all bad enough, I know it isn't just me. Me and my mum got the same TV for Christmas (in different sizes even), and more recently, my grandad got a JVC TV (at first I praised it, but I warned him about the connection/delay. He didn't think it'd be that bad). They've all had problems with the remote connection, and the TV being generally delayed/slow

Do not buy a JVC 40 inch 'smart' tv, it has been lousy from soon after purchase. Today it just stopped working. Only purchased it in March. Aps do not work for more than a few minutes before picture or sound disappear. When watching terrestrial tv the screen just goes blank.

Worst TV EVER! Have had this TV for 6-7 months and I have had so many problems with it. Considering it’s meant to be a “smart TV” it can barely connect to the WI-FI half the time… If I could recommend anything it would be not to buy a JVC.

Bought this last week, picture not bad but tinny sound quality. Major problems streaming anything though, Prime , BBC iplayer etc after 10 minutes either the picture or sound disappears- my Wifi works well with other TVs and the TV was right next to a router. On the upside took it back to Curry’s who gave me a refund immediately- they did acknowledge that it was a common problem with JVCs. Best avoided
