Worst TV I’ve ever owned. Very slow to react, when changing channels, turning volume up or down etc. Constantly switches to standby, even though sleep timer is off! Some days picture and sound disappear every 10 secs and only come back If I change channels, then almost immediately, they disappear again. The latest fault to rear its ugly head is with the subtitles, which have started switching on for no reason. I switch them off and they immediately switch back on. This tv is a useless piece of s**t. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!! I WILL NEVER BUY JVC AGAIN!!!!!

Would give 0. Dreadful TV. Turns itself off. Constantly disconnects from wifi. Randomly exits internet based viewing apps. The remote seems to have a 10 year delay, absolutely pointless. Avoid this TV if you are a hot head. The remote will be launched across the room and shattered before you even connect the thing to the wifi.

Bought a new jvc tv. Customer service agent refused to tell me which wall bracket fits thr tv. His name was Matt. Still trying to get someone else to help. So far hopeless. Only option is to return the set. Can someone out there help?

The same here I have a JVC television from Curry’s I bought Aug 2020. It’s always been slow to respond. I have had two new controllers supplied by Curry’s but both have died within a couple of months. It has amazon fire and a guy from Curry’s advised me to download the app and use it to control the TV. So now have app on phone and kindle and it is faster but really not as good as it should be. A good tip but mad I have to access my TV this way. Will never buy JVC again.

Bought my 40" JVC smart tv 3 years ago against my wife's wishes. I have never lived it down. It seldom switches on without having to power down. (Bit like me). It is very slow to respond to the remote. (Again, like me). Now nothing works. (I think that there is a theme here) Blank screen. Initially audio but after following instructions on the internet, nothing now. The car boot is open and there is a place down the road that will sort it. THE TIP

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Stay away from their TVs. Just not worth the hassle. Went straight in the trash

Bought a JVC - LT-40CA890 worst TV I have ever had. Unresponsive remote, lagging apps, frequently locks and Netflix is mostly unusable. I spend as mush time resetting it as I do watching it. Never again.
