Do not repeat do not buy this product. Remote doesn't work. I have to unplug and plug back in then wait an age for everything to load every time - unbelievable! It comes on in the middle of the night of its own accord, got a mind of its own. Patience is really wearing thin. Just wish I'd read these reviews before buying. It's only fit for the tip!

I bought the 40" JVC Fire TV and it has never really been good, even when it worked it took up to 10 mins to fire up, but exactly 2 weeks after the 12 month warranty expired it had stopped working, sound but no picture, total waste of money, if I could have scored it 0 I would have done, I will never buy another JVC product again

I am giving this a 5 Star now because the fix is very simple, if you channel change and app menu is running slow, unplug the tv and find the manual power button on the tv itself and keep hold of it for a minimum of 30 seconds, then plug it back in and it should be fine, mines working perfect. Thank you

I bought my 32 inch Roku TV back on March 10th 2021 and by September 21st it had this bubble of missing pixels at the bottom of the screen so I contact JVC September 21st and after many emails and phone calls. today November 15th 2021 I finally get an email and they tell me. "Thank you for contacting JVC support. Upon closer inspection the TV screen seems to be cracked/physically damaged. We regret to inform you that we do not cover warranty for physically damaged units." The problem is the tv suffered no physical damage it is kept in a bedroom with the door shut all day and is only used at night also the screen has no cracks but they are trying to tell me it does. So now I have to go buy another TV and it certainly will not be a JVC.
