Challenges
The site wouldn't allow me to enter the other party's legal name correctly on the demand letter form. The only way I could enter it was to include the other party's middle name. I contacted support the same day and got a generic response stating they were unsure why I was experiencing this issue along with an apology They added other customers were also experiencing technical issues.

I just received a call today from a manager saying that they were going to return my deposit (by mail). Thank you all SO much! I really appreciate your help with setting up an official letter to send to the apartments who would not return my deposit. Your services are great and professional. Thanks again!

Extremely professional results
Extremely professional results; impossible for me to match that. Demand letter was developed and sent to the plaintiff quickly. Now we'll work on the Statement of Claim.

Straightforward, patient, honest and understanding
I had my Facebook account hacked and Meta apparently did not have any form of customer support. After weeks of frustration I ended up having to send a demand letter. As someone who is not based in the US this was a daunting task, but JusticeDirect and its representatives were very understanding, accommodating and patient with me and my many questions. Luckily the demand letter resolved my issue and got me my facebook account back.

Finally taken care of
The management finally decided to repair the AC unit of my apartment, especially after I mentioned that if I decided to go through a small claims suit, I would make certain that the owners of my apartment complex would be named as co-dependents, which they certainly do not want that to happen.
