You had placed an order with us on June 2nd for a demand letter. When the USPS delays occurred during delivery, we offered a free replacement and eventually issued a full refund on June 13th. Unfortunately, USPS delays can happen on rare occasions, but we stand by our service and will offer replacements and refunds when those delays happen. Hi Lorena, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback as this only helps us improve. We are sorry to hear you had a hard time serving the other party. We can only imagine how frustrating this can be. We cannot guarantee the other party will be served as they may try to avoid service or they may have moved. When you select to have a process server serve the other party, they will attempt to serve at the address you provide 4 times. We also provide a free serving option to help with costs where you can have a friend serve the other party. We provide thorough instructions on how your friend can serve the other party. I reviewed your case and we have tried contacting and emailing you multiple times in the past few weeks but we have not been able to reach you. The process server went on 4 different occasions to serve the other party but they were not able to serve them. You then selected to have a friend serve and we shipped you serving instructions. However, you let us know they were also unable to serve the other party. For over 2 years, we have been helping our clients get their day in court and navigate the small claims process.
