Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand how frustrating it must have been. You had placed an order with us on June 2nd for a demand letter. When the USPS delays occurred during delivery, we offered a free replacement and eventually issued a full refund on June 13th. Unfortunately, USPS delays can happen on rare occasions, but we stand by our service and will offer replacements and refunds when those delays happen. We always strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, and I'm sorry if this didn’t meet your expectations. We would love to speak with you more to make sure we address all your concerns. Please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] so we can discuss this in more detail and find a solution that works for you. Your satisfaction is important to us; we genuinely want to make things right. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. - Patrick Forrest, Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer
