Hi Peter, I’m so sorry to hear about the trouble you encountered with the Zoom hearing, and I completely empathize with how frustrating this must be 🙁 We would like to take a moment to address the concern you raised. The court confirmed they approved your request to appear virtually and emailed you the Zoom instructions on September 30th. Since the approval was granted and the Zoom instructions were emailed to you by the court directly, no further action was required on our end. While we do everything we can to help you get your day in court, we depend on your active participation in reviewing emails and mail from the court, as the court will send notices directly to you.
