Worst customer service. We scheduled a sales meeting and no one joined or sent a link. Then we exchanged 10+ emails with their support saying that the sales team would reach out to us and that we would get a new link to schedule a call just to have them send one more email saying they can't verify the business and that's why no one has joined the calls even though we provided our business information over and over again. Total waste of time and incredibly rude/bad customer and sales service.

I subscribed to JustCall.io with the expectation of smooth service for my remote team. I pay $108/month, and also added $20 in calling credits — yet my staff overseas were unable to make or receive calls for many days, receiving a "calling limit exceeded" error. Here’s the kicker: no one from JustCall informed me that my account had been suspended. I only discovered this after I contacted them via live chat, at which point I was told that my payment was flagged as “high risk” and the account was suspended pending verification. Not only was I not notified via email, phone, or dashboard, but they expected my staff, who don’t handle billing or management, to interpret vague error messages and somehow relay them back to me. I had already submitted my business registration when I signed up, but was suddenly asked to re-submit documents including my Facebook profile — which is honestly baffling for a SaaS provider. The worst part? While I was completely in the dark, we missed calls worth thousands of dollars in potential business. Their response? A $10 credit and a scripted apology. No billing pause, no meaningful compensation, just a token gesture for what was essentially an operational blackout on their end. Their process is opaque, their communication is shockingly poor, and the support lacked empathy or ownership. Even after explaining I don’t handle calls or messages personally (my team does), they continued insisting they had notified us — via methods that were inaccessible to me. Stay clear

My malware protection program identified justCall.io in a breach of my email, mobile etc I do not recomment use of this[program

Absolutely horrific, cannot stay strongly enough how bad of an experience this was. After paying the subscription I spent three hours online with their chat support, where they insisted that we had a pending balance of 08 cents from that was prior to the date we enrolled. I don't know if it's a scam or just outright stupidity, but do yourself a favor, don't burn a half day with these idiots like I did.

Their "support" is terrible. The platform always routes to AI chat, and it's very difficult to get an actual person. I also applied over a week ago to have my business phone number attached to the auto dialer, which is supposed to take "3-4" days. I've followed up with them several times, and each time I've been ignored. This follow up included during a live "onboarding" call with "Akhil" when I asked him for help and and update. During the call he kept ignoring the question, then promised to follow up with an email, but never bothered. Then today when they finally told me I was supposed to include additional documentation after finally getting through to live support. Pathetic "support"

This software is extremly bad, you cant even register , it stays, it cannot identify your business-email adress. I was trying 4 different business adresses from different companies, with vpn and without and with different devices . Do not waste your time guys, if you cannot even register smooth, the endproduct is bad too.
