They blocked my account with no justifiable reason after 1 day demanding even a company of good standing document. Ridiculous, waste of time to try. The platform by the way is actually very confusing, hard to use, bloated, full of bugs.

I'll try to save people some time... If your company email uses a subdomain, they won't let you sign up. Our company email is "@mail.xyz.com". After a lot of back and forth with support, they ultimately rejected us by claiming this wasn't "compliant". This doesn't make sense, because to own "mail.xyz.com" means you must own "xyz.com". We also shared incorporation documents, and socials, but they didn't seem to understand the email domain issue. I was actually looking forward to using the product, but I think this is likely a big red flag. I see other reviews had a similar issue.

I regret to say that our experience with JustCall has been disappointing. The process was extremely slow, with documents requested one by one, causing unnecessary delays. The overall service was not up to expectations, and we ultimately decided to move on to another provider. We would recommend improving the speed and efficiency of the service.

I have an LLC, EIN and fully established business and they rejected my sign up. The entire business is run by employees in India. I gave them sensitive documents for verification and they still rejected it. Do you not want my money?

Also this Gy recruiter Akshit, on denial spams candidates via several numbers, and pressurises them to lie to this scam girl Shirley that please say that I am suppose to say that I would be travelling when I told him I have other assessments and cannot submit them any free project work on the name of assignments for fake job postings Not a GDPR compliant product , they have been misusing the data of the clients, specially the European Clients, its a clear violation not only unethical but fraudulent

Not a GDPR compliant product they misuse the data or over seas customers who aren't from India This culture is too prominent in their company the Fraud HR named Akshit calls candidates with different numbers to chase them for interview I mean I said I already have a job in place that Bangladesh looking design girl Shirley Fraud girl who made this app to misuse customer data wants to work with you desperately so please tell her you are traveling instead of other engagements. Legitimization of fraud already exists in this company
