Companies are only as good as their customer support team, and I can't say enough kind words about Just Call's customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Bhoomika. I was having issues with porting my phone number and Bhoomika worked with me from start to finish. Bhoomika made sure that everything was completed for me, and I didn't get passed off to other customer support individuals.

Scope and requirements of our project kept changing but your dev team was able to accommodate us and quickly build, test and release custom solutions in order to meet our requirements and make our integration as smoot the possible. I was a little reluctant at first and was worried that switching providers would be worth it. The set-up is quick and more than easy. Even before the onboarding call with Richa, I had clarified small questions with the chat support and already had the first automations running. Risha then helped me with the more complex questions. What I appreciate about her is her helpful nature and clear way of expressing. You always feel fully supported and that is the main criterion in the business world.

Ian is the best! He is more precise and he explains everything clearly. He doesn't just send me a bunch of links and instructions. Instead, he walks me through and makes sure the issue is resolved. He would even take time to call and go the extra mile. For a visual learner like me, his method is the most suitable! Thus, make my JustCall experience awesome!
