A+++++ Service with Bhoomika & Great VOIP Options at JustCall
I am so pleased with JustCall for so many reasons! The phone service is great! And the platform's options, apps and integrations make it a perfect fit for my industry, really I think it would be a perfect fit for any industry. Although I have to say the number one reason I'm so pleased with JustCall is the fantastic customer service! I had the pleasure of dealing with Bhoomika, and she went above and beyond to not only help port my number and keep me updated on the process, but she answered all of my other questions quickly and perfectly. And she was superfast to respond! Bhoomika is a shining star in the world of customer service people and I feel lucky to have her helping me. I highly recommend JustCall for everything VOIP!

Just started with JustCall and Customer Service is Excellent (so far).
I have just started with JustCall.io and only switched carriers because they integrate seamlessly with my CRM. While porting should have been easy, my former carrier made things very difficult. Thankfully Bhoomika from JustCall was patient and so very helpful in resolving the issue. She made such a huge effort in working with me and the former carrier to make sure everything got done. Thank you so much Bhoomika, I am looking forward to working with JustCall!
