Superb features and superb customer service
I was in dire need of a phone platform that supports SMS/MMS, and this is just what I needed and more. You can tell that the devs take good care of the system. The port from our old carrier was fast and seamless. 100% recommend. One thing I wish they add in the future is private annotations on SMS conversations.

Worth the switch!
This was a big switch for us moving from our current carrier and separate texting platform to JustCall for all our needs. The team and Bhoomika were great to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns and it seems so far that this is what we were looking for. The fact that it integrates with Infusionsoft is the reason we decided to try it in the first place and so far that integration has been pretty seamless.

Pleasantly surprised over and over again
I recently moved my whole business over to JustCall, the only cloud based phone system that supports mobile numbers and SMSing in Australia. I've contacted customer support well over 20 times for help with various little things, sometimes quite technical, and every time I've been impressed with the speed and helpfulness of the reply. I'm very impressed so far!
