Great team, great experience, and fast support
Getting started with JustCall had a few hiccups. Setting up and verifying my account was not completely smooth. But once I got in touch with the team, things turned around fast. I had a first onboarding call where someone patiently walked me through the features and setup. It was super helpful and made the process feel very smooth. I also had a few follow-up questions about how to implement the tool. Support was incredibly responsive, and every issue I had (network permissions, access, and so on) was solved quickly. Two weeks in, I am very happy I chose JustCall. The Pipedrive integration works perfectly and takes just a few clicks to activate.

Great after sales support
Great after sales support! I had concerns with my incoming call notifications but it was resolved immediately with the support of Basil. He was very professional and understanding enough to accommodate my request for a call so we can resolve my concern ASAP. We closed the call with a resolved concern. Thank you so much!
