Presales Tech Support is Incredible
Presales tech support is incredible. The team spent a lot of time with me to make my integration work perfectly. I've got a very unique work flow and their team took the time to understand my process, provide thoughtful options, help configure services, and even provide some custom automation guidance -- and I haden't even paid my first month's service yet.

I had a terrible time of integrating…
I had a terrible time of integrating JustCall with Close CRM. Through email suport it was taking well over a week and I was about to go with a different company until....Hari, his last name is Harikrishna. Hari heard my frustration and trouble and jumped on a chat with me to save the day. He was patient, respectful and very knowlegable of Close as well so that he was able to very clearly solve my problem. He did an outstanding job and he did save my account from going somewhere else. Yesterday was the last day I could wait. I am so very thankful for his patient and very knowlegable help was a blessing to my brand new little company. We will be expanding and if we continue to get support like Hari provided me yesterday than we will be long term clients. Thnk you hari, have a great day!

Siddharth is super fast to respond, thanks
Siddharth helped me solve my issue with voicemail set up. He was professional, knowledgeable and most important to me - very fast to respond. I did wait hours sometimes for other agents to get back to me. But Siddharth respected my time and I'm grateful for it.
