Exceptional Support from JustCall – Truly Above and Beyond
I can’t recommend JustCall enough, especially for their outstanding customer service. I recently faced a complex issue involving API integration and automations on Zapier that other companies were not able to help me with at all. Enter Hari, one of their reps, who completely took ownership of the problem. Hari didn’t just assist – he went overboard to help me find the root of the issue, staying on the chat for hours without ever trying to close the session or the ticket. I even had to step away for extended periods, and not once did he pressure me to confirm I was still connected. He patiently waited and jumped right back in every time I returned. Having tried five other VOIP companies, I can confidently say that none of them had a customer service team as capable, dedicated, and reliable as JustCall. They truly live up to the hype. If you’re looking for a solution with rock-solid support, these guys are the real deal. 5 stars all the way. Thank you, JustCall, and huge kudos to Hari! P.S.: If you are looking for a provider that takes API integrations, CRM connections, and automations super seriously, don’t look elsewhere – JustCall is it. Their API platform is incredibly comprehensive, offering endless automation possibilities. You’ll only truly appreciate it once you get your hands on it. If automating tasks through your VOIP system is your goal, JustCall is incomparable!

I just started using JustCall and the process has been AMAZING! I'm exploring the features, but I'm using mostly for text / SMS. Support is perfect Tarun specifically has been very patient with me, but the whole support team, and even the founder have reached out to welcome me to the platform.
