Hi Zaman, Thank you for the feedback, we're sorry the billing structure wasn't clear upfront. To clarify: JustCall uses a dual-layer billing model. Your subscription plan covers unlimited calls to eligible destinations, while a separate Pay-As-You-Go credit balance (minimum $2) exists as a safeguard for usage outside your plan, such as international calls, toll-free inbound, or activity beyond fair usage limits. These are distinct, and we recognize that distinction isn't always obvious at the point of purchase. When your numbers stopped routing calls, you reached out for urgent help and while we did resolve the issue, the wait time before reaching a human was unacceptably long for a business-critical situation. Hi Maryanne, Thank you for sharing your feedback, we wanted to respond personally as our support leadership was directly involved in resolving this. We do want to address the support concern honestly: there were gaps in how your queries were handled over the course of your time with us, and that's something we take seriously and are actively working to improve. On billing, we've reviewed your account in full. Your subscription was billed in USD because that was our standard at the time of signup in January 2025; geo-specific Australian pricing wasn't introduced until mid-2025. When it was, your account was migrated at your request and the applicable adjustments were made. The refund we've since processed was a goodwill gesture to close your account on fair terms, not a correction to a billing error. We've confirmed the cancellation and the refund is on its way. Your team lost access to calling because of an account renewal that wasn't processed in time, and when you reached out for help, you were met with an AI chatbot that couldn't identify the real issue and a wait in queue with no response for far too long. That's a failure on our end, not a product limitation and I understand why it pushed you to leave this review. I'm glad our team was ultimately able to get your account reinstated and work through the renewal with Christopher, but the experience getting there should have been much smoother.
