Outstanding Support from Almeen
I had a frustrating experience with JustCall's automated security and compliance system, which mistakenly took down my account, claiming they couldn't verify the legitimacy of my company—even after I provided all the requested documents. This issue kept me from using their services for nearly two weeks, which was incredibly inconvenient. However, after escalating the issue, I had the pleasure of working with Almeen from their customer support team. She was absolutely amazing—so patient, kind, and dedicated. She immediately understood the situation, went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and got my account reinstated right away. I’m extremely grateful for her help and for the way she handled everything with professionalism and empathy. I give Almeen 5/5 stars without a doubt, and the JustCall dialing software itself deserves a 5/5 as well. It’s an excellent platform that has served my business well. That said, I do think there’s room for improvement in the automated security system to ensure legitimate accounts aren’t mistakenly suspended in the first place.
