Just Call is fine
Just Call is not the best system, and its not worth the money. Save your time and go with a better system, even if costs a little more, because you'll regret every dime you spent on just call. I'm a customer service manager and we cant even download videos people text us. like, how is that even something they cant figure out. All these positive reviews they have are about specific reps, which fine, all the reps are nice and helpful, but when your answer is, sorry, your out of luck because our system cant do that.... just so weird., how can you call yourself a platform for customer service when there are multiple things I cant do seamlessly to run my business. We're stuck with them for another year, but once we're out- I'm switching us! EDIT - Changed my rating to 4 stars... they updated their iOS app so we can download videos now. So that solves my problem - overall, whenever I have a problem they do their best to solve it, which is pretty great. choosing just call wouldn't be an overall bad decision.
